Mes Délices Briochés was born from the meeting of two passionate bakers and pastry chefs: Vincent, a seasoned baker, and Luc, an expert pastry chef.
They share the same desire to offer high-quality products that respect the traditions of baking and pastry-making. For over 20 years, Vincent and Luc have been putting their expertise at the service of gourmets, offering them tasty, traditional products.
Our Know-how
At Mes Délices Briochés, we rigorously select quality raw materials from local producers. We favour an environmentally-friendly approach, using no additives, colourings or preservatives.
We follow a traditional manufacturing process, based on a long kneading and fermentation time to bring out the flavours. We also pay a particular attention to the cooking and packaging of our products to preserve their authenticity.
We work with a passionate and committed team, who ensure that this tradition is respected while adding their own personal touch. At Mes Délices Briochés, listening to our customers and working closely with them are at the heart of our approach, so that we can best meet their expectations.
