Description
A traditional baker's brioche, the Nanterre dates back to the fifth century, when the Archdeacon of Auxerre is said to have brought eulogies (blessed buns) to Geneviève, patron saint of Paris and the diocese of Nanterre.
Rectangular in shape, made of small balls placed side by side, it can be distinguished from the Parisian brioche, which is made up of superimposed balls.
As usual, Mes Délices Briochés didn't just offer you the plain version! Try the Nanterre brioche with sugar pearls, beautiful pink pralines and, of course, chocolate chips for those who appriciate something special!
