Description

Let's pay tribute to the Savoie region, which is the birthplace of the Saint-Genix! It was in Saint-Genis-sur-Guiers that around 1880 this delicious round brioche filled with pink pralines was created. Over time, and in keeping with local traditions, the recipe has evolved, and the Dauphinoise version has added a sweet orange blossom flavour to the basic recipe.

Régal pour les yeux avec sa couleur rose vif et délices pour les papilles, le Saint Genix dévoile au goût une belle harmonie entre la douceur moelleuse de la pâte briochée, le parfum ensoleillé de la fleur d’oranger et le croquant des pralines aux amandes torréfiées à Valence dans la Drôme.
